Outsource Image provides photo editing and image outsourcing services, including but not limited to:
- Background removal, Retouching
- Color correction, Clipping paths
- Image enhancement
All services are delivered digitally.
02Order Acceptance
- All orders must include clear instructions and required files
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order
- Any changes after confirmation may affect delivery time and cost
03Pricing & Payment
- Prices are quoted in INR (₹) or as agreed with the client currency
- Payment must be made in advance or as per agreed terms
- Final delivery will be provided only after full payment is received
04Delivery
- Delivery time depends on project size and complexity
- We aim to deliver within the agreed deadline
- Delays may occur due to technical issues or high workload
05Revisions
- Minor revisions may be provided as per agreement
- Additional or major changes will be charged separately
- Revision requests must be made within a reasonable time after delivery
06Refund Policy
- Once work has started, payments are non-refundable
- Refunds are only issued if we are unable to complete the project
- No refund will be provided for completed work
07Client Responsibility
Clients must ensure:
- Submitted Media Files are owned or legally permitted for editing
- Files provided are of usable quality
We are not responsible for issues arising from poor-quality input files.
08Copyright & Usage
- Clients retain ownership of their Media Files
- Outsource Image does not claim ownership of client content
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise
09Limitation of Liability
Outsource Image is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of delivered user content.
10Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
11Confidentiality
- We respect the confidentiality of all client files and information
- All images, documents, and project-related data shared with us will be used solely for providing the requested services
- We will not share, sell, or distribute client files to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law
